MediLink Consulting’s client service reputation has been built on delivery of client requests for last-minute bookings, with full national coverage of healthcare professionals.
Our ability to deliver this level of last-minute bookings is based on providing the highest-quality Out-of-Hours Service which represents a major element of our Client Service focus.
Unlike many other agencies, our experienced consultants are on call 7-days a week, and our office is manned physically Monday – Friday between 8am to 6pm. This allows us to provide a 360 service and accommodate the supply needs of medical clients.
Outside that timeframe, our landline numbers divert to mobile numbers on a rota basis so that our clients and candidates can rely on a personal response from our team at any time – and we are accustomed to speaking to candidates and clients where needed, to finalise a short-notice placement.
We dedicate regions to each consultant, so our clients and candidates always speak to the same person during and outside working hours. This way if there is a query the relevant consultant would know the exact situation and would be able to help immediately.
Our clients rely on MediLink Consulting being effectively open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
