Description
Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurses required for Older Adult Mental Health Team based in East London. 

Job Description: To oversee duty screening and urgent assessments.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Experience / Qualifications: Experience of working with older people who have mental health problems. Experience of working in a busy NHS setting preferably in secondary mental health.  Understanding of dementia and its impact on the person and their wider support network.
