Description
MediLink Consulting are recruiting Band 6 Health Visitors to participate in and support the national child health programme through assessments, NB visits and care plans in NHS hospitals in London. 

There will be a safeguarding caseload to manage and will include attending meetings such as core groups, LAC assessments and safeguarding.

Candidates will preferably have experience of Rio and current Rio card if possible.

Minimum 6 Months UK NHS experience required.
